Return & Refund Policies:

1.Return Process

  • To return the products, please submit item change request to customer service via support@jessielike.com;
  • After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send us the product and the product ID;
  • A tracking Number of the returning package will also be required;
  • We will deal with the product exchange or refund after we receive your returning package.
2.Refund Process (if applicable)

  • We’ll issue a refund to your wallet in a few days if we are not otherwise informed your preferred refund method. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or to be withdrawn to your payment account;
  • Once your return is received and inspected, a notification email will be sent. If you are approved of refunding, your refund will bo back directly to your original payment method within 7-15 business days;
  • If you haven't receive the refund after 7~15 busniess days, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank;
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jessielike.com

3. Products can be returned within 30 days after you received.

4. To be egiligible for returing:
  • The product need to be in its original packaging;
  • The product isn't used or damaged
5. Most returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

6. We do not accept any request of exchange & return for the "specials" and "Final Sales"

7. Swimwear can only be returned/exchanged if it is a defective/damaged or wrong item.
  • A picture of the problem/defect will be needed in the return/exchange request.
8. Damaged items
  • If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
9. Order Cancellation
  • We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase;
  • You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via support@jessielike.com  if you decide to cancel the order;
  • We do NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.
